MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
Listed below are the requirements for joining the Clan. 1. There is a 30 day probationary period for ALL new members. (You must play at least 10 times with other clan members during that 30 day period.) 2. You must have and use Teamspeak during all game play. 3. Minimum age limit is 18. If under 18, you may join with a Letter of Waiver signed by your Parent/Legal Guardian. Click here to view Letter of Waiver and Instructions. 4. ANYONE caught Cheating WILL be permanently Banned from the server and their IP address circulated to other Clan Server Admins. as Known Cheaters. 5. All players MUST treat others the way they would like to be treated. This includes non clan members. If some one is causing trouble on the site, report it to one of the Server Admins. The offender will be warned ONCE. Failure to comply will result in kicking for the day (Kind of a cooling off period). A second offence of the same type will result in permanent banishment. 6. By submitting this application, I state that I have read and agree to the stipulations of the Clan’s Code of Conduct. The object of the Clan is to have FUN. We have a Roster of Clan Members that is listed on the Clan Webpage. No personal info will be made publicly available without your express permission (i.e. email address, real name, etc). We will need some personal info in order to contact you and maintain your status on our records. This Information will NOT be circulated, sold or distributed.
